The Dell 1710n laser printer can serve as both a heavy-duty home business laser printer, or within a small office network that shares duties among several computers. Its versatility makes it ideal for both tasks and its low cost of ownership and maintenance would make it attractive even if it didn't cost less than three-hundred dollars. Dell 1710n toner cartridges are also available.

I'm having the exact same problem with a brand new Dell Studio 14" with an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5450. Probably going to just send it back and get a refund. Sucks because I waited for this for over a month :(

RE: Xuan.Tran
I have a Vostro 1000, the VGA out is at middle of the back while the power in is back right corner.
Have the same problem and I suspect it's a faulty power brick. Happens that Dell support is visiting later, will check with the guy on this.

Same problem here. As soon as I unplug the power the flickering stops. Any solutions?

This is because the power supply & VGA output are too near which causes interference.

A bit late, but did you get any luck with support? I am having the exact same problem including that it stops when I pull the power cord out. I never have much luck with Dell support though.. :(
